We are looking for a full time, enthusiastic person with exceptional customer service skills, great attention to detail, adaptability and amazing teamwork.
Responsibilities Check in patients before visit (Vitals, reviewing paperwork, filling out fee ticket accurately) Check out patients after visit Have basic knowledge of insurance requirement for surgical candidates Reviewing patient notes to ensure we have accurate documentation for surgical candidates Complete EKGS Complete brace fitting and education for pre op patients Educate patients on all procedures that we perform Complete tasks in a timely manner Scanning Complete necessary follow up calls to patients Keep complete and accurate notes regarding education for surgical candidates Assisting within the office when needed Willingness to travel between all locations Incentives Mileage reimbursement PTO earned as you travel Possible 4-day work week Job Type:
